This report summarises the main outcomes from the testing of the “Charter of digital workers’ rights”. The primary aim of the Charter is to become a tool for the construction of adequate protections for platform workers.

By performing tasks 5.2, 5.3 (pilot actions) and 5.4, 5.5 (social policy labs), we aim to verify the efficacy and the impact of the Charter and facilitate the potential provision of specific clauses, paying special attention to integrating the rights identified by the Charter towards fairer contractual conditions. In particular, the
Charter has been tested through surveys, co-creation sessions, and interviews with alternative business models involved in the PLUS project (Fairbnb.coop, SMartFr, and
Katuma).
